Beginners Pilates

This is Pilates for total beginners or those that haven't done Pilates in a long time. These classes are also suitable for anybody recovering from an injury as part of their rehabilitation.

We recommend that any total beginners or those with pre-existing conditions or injuries have a Private 1:1 Pilates Assessment before commencing group classes.
