Mixed Ability & Intermediates Pilates

Intermediate Classes are suitable for anyone who has completed at least 6 weeks of Beginners Pilates or has previous pilates experience.


Intermediate Classes are the next stage up from Beginners, involving more challenging exercises and more small equipment.

I also hold a Mixed Ability Class that offers a range of progressions and modifications to allow all abilities to work at the best level for them. 

All classes are currently being run virtually.
