Runners Repairs

Injury rate is high in runners due to the repetitive nature of running. It is very important as a runner to including regular strength, core work and stretching into your training program to prevent injury.

 

This class is designed to cover all the exercises that we know as runners we should do, but often forget to prioritise. A great adjunct to any runner wether you are training for an event, coming back from an injury or just looking to improve your running performance.

Pilates for CrossFit

Pilates classes specifically tailored to Crossfit athletes, focused on complementing athletic performance outside of the studio by enhancing core muscle activation and stability. These classes include an additional stretch and mobility component.

Stretch & Release Class
